Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a great tool that we use to manage our contract and compliance documents for easy access anywhere, as well as storing marketing and other deliverables. This allows our team to access their documents and such from anywhere and allows the team lead and management to access documents needed for compliance with our state broker. We needed something platform-independent and with quick/reliable access and syncing of documents.

We use Dropbox all day every day for document storage. These documents are shared across the team often, as well as being shared with our broker admin for contract compliance. It's great to have access to the documents on any phone/PC/Mac device and know that you have the documents available and they are updated and ready to go.
