Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox for delivery of my work product to customers and I use it to store past work for recall and resending when requested by the customer

Pros

  • Moving to online only and back to local is easy
  • Having a folder to export to on my desktop is valuable
  • Sharing links is easy

Cons

  • Some customers get confused about the link and think they must sign up just to view the files.
  • If it could be made easier to just view/download, they would be helpful and prevent me from having to use Google Drive for those customers.
  • Without a storage solution, I would be unable to use my current business model.
Equally as well as Google Drive
