Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to share large amounts of data, maps, design work, and other information throughout our company. Dropbox helps us address the transfer of data throughout the company because we are located in different parts of the State. Our data has gotten too large for email, and Dropbox gives us a place to store and share.
- Easy accessible.
- Folders and files resemble "normal" computer looking files.
- The app allows us to view documents on the go.
- I feel the online or app versions should look more like a computer file folder.
- Dropbox has saved money through time. There is no exact figure, but I used to have to drive to send some documents; now, I send a link, and the person/client can download it. The gas and time spent driving have helped dramatically.
- The organization has saved time and money as well. The lost time it took to have a team member receive, email, upload, and send it back could have ranged from minutes to hours. With Dropbox, all I have to do is find it myself.
