Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox for sharing drawings and bid documents for job estimating. It eliminates the need to attach and send all the docs to every client and supplier, instead just sharing a link.
Pros
- accessibility
- user friendly layout
- exceptional functionality
Cons
- access to multiple accounts under one screen. As in being able to view personal and business accounts under one screen
- The time savings of sharing documents from one place is huge.
Dropbox is the only product in this category I have tried. It has been the only one I have needed
