Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I love Dropbox. It organizes and shares files live, eliminating the need to email large files and keeping information live. We have multiple sites, and Dropbox, via sharing, makes collaboration easier. I use three different Dropbox accounts for three distinctly separate companies. I enjoy the Dropbox App and its ease of use. It's great to be able to get back deleted files and see who changed what file.

Pros

  • File sharing.
  • Management of users.
  • Getting back deleted files.
  • Offline work.

Cons

  • Difficult to figure out how to share files within folders.
  • Admin console difficult to navigate.
  • Improved productivity which we don’t measure.
Google Drive and OneDrive are very complicated to use.

Well-suited- file sharing.
Less well-suited- cross-company pollination and sharing specific files in a folder.
