Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

As the Marketing department, we work with large files that must be easily shared across multiple organization members. Dropbox allows us to keep everything centralized so anyone can access them. We also love how simple it is to share files with people outside the organization.

Pros

  • Keep things organized.
  • Simple to use regardless of your OS preference.
  • Keeps local files offline so to not use up memory.

Cons

  • Full connectivity to Adobe files would make it better.
  • The ease of use, especially being able to access files faster than any other platform.
  • Dropbox is 10xs faster to use than OneDrive.

The platform is by far the easiest to use. It is always swift. With previous systems we have used, downloading files would take a very long time. We have tested this, and where a file might take an hour to download with other platforms, on Dropbox, it is a matter of seconds! That keeps the team focused and wastes less time on silly things.
