Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used to share documents instead of emailing it all. Whenever an application is filed or signatures are needed, we use the Dropbox instead of sending to individual persons. It is an easier way to track what is needed and what has been received rather than digging through correspondence to see what's been sent.

In our case where it is a large client with a lot of documents involved, I'd say it is appropriate. It's a huge amount to keep track of and the Dropbox does help to give a visual of what has been done. And not done. I don't think it would be as necessary or useful for a smaller client.
