Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox religiously. Every file we share internally and externally is through Dropbox. We also have developed a proprietary event virtualization tool, and we use Dropbox exclusively for a complete run of shows within the platform. This allows our production team, client teams, and agency partners to have a seamless experience from start to finish.

  • File storage.
  • Expert organization.

Cons

  • I really have no suggestions.
  • Dropbox is absolutely excellent.
  • And we leverage it extensively.
  • Increase collaboration.
  • Accelerate approvals.
  • Optimize storage and organization.
To be honest, we haven't used any competitive tools that even come close to comparing to Dropbox. I know we've tried a bunch of stuff in the past, but nothing even comes to mind as a fair comparison. Dropbox is so very clearly best in class. There is absolutely nothing else in the market to consider.

Dropbox is perfect for file storage, sharing, organization and even playback of content within key scenarios. In particular, we often have clients experience full runs of a show of their most significant events, with each content file stored in our DropBox folder and playing seamlessly through the virtualization platform, so clients know exactly what to expect.
