Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as an organization to share files across departments.

Pros

  • User-friendliness
  • Accessibility (via browser or computer drive)

Cons

  • Syncing
  • Search tools
We use Google Drive when collaborating on files at the same time. Dropbox isn't as user-friendly in that way. But Dropbox's organization and the ability to access it offline and sync later, is incredibly helpful.

Dropbox is helpful when people are sharing files - but not helpful when they want to work in the same file at the same time. That can cause syncing issues and end up making work more difficult.
