Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox to share files with my team and my clients. As an accountant, it is very useful that we all have online access to reports, documents, etc.

Pros

  • If I delete file by accident, I can get it back which is very useful.
  • I can write notes to my team.

Cons

  • Sync local and online version could be improved.
  • Notification center can be improved.
  • I have more time for other things, so we can have more time with clients is 20%.
  • Everything is digitalized, no more printing costs, administration less for 30%.
I find Dropbox more user-friendly.

For me, it works well; sharing folders and getting back deleted files is excellent.
