- Folder organization to keep everything in the right places.
- Easy access to links for sharing.
- Privacy for what needs to be private, or public links for sharing.
- Everything in one place for safe storage.
Cons
- Nothing I can think of!

- Google Drive and OneDrive
Dropbox is much faster and easier to use than OneDrive. Google Drive is nice as it pairs with email, one advantage it has over Dropbox.
