Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox to handle all my employee files. We have a team of almost 500. Dropbox helps me save and send offer letters and contractors. Its easy to use and saves me a lot of time.

Pros

  • Save documents automatically to designated folders
  • Shows you what signatures are pending and what has already been signed.
  • Easily helps you set up documents to send out for initials and signatures.

Cons

  • It would be nice to send a doc and have it converted into a pdf automatically.
  • would be nice to edit the pdf within the dropbox app.
  • Saved Time.
  • Dramatically helps with Organization.
  • Gives that professional touch.
Dropbox files and stores and communicates much better than DocuSign.
