Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it departmentally and interdepartmentally. We have had a hard time making sure everything is organized in a way that is accessible and easy to find for everyone within each department, as well as used for those who need to share files interdepartmentally. Dropbox has been very helpful in keeping things sorted.

Dropbox is much better for file organization than Google Drive. It's much easier to organize files and find files. It's much easier to give access to users who need it and create groups for individual departments and interdepartmental. It's much easier to see who has access to files and folders.
