Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox for creative files for social media

Pros

  • Finder Compatibility
  • Finder Sync
  • Sharing Links in Finder

Cons

  • Online folder- hard to use and find
  • online folders- my coworkers struggle
  • Integration with windows folder
  • sharing files accross multiple departments
  • Linking team members to files
  • people that use the online version struggle to find things
I would give it a 10 if you use it in finder but the online version is not great
SharePoint SUCKS. We switched to Dropbox because the links dont expire and microsoft has so many syncing issues its insane
