Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Dropbox to share large-size files with clients and collaborators. It helps keep everything organized and clear for all participants involved in every project. I love that it has the desktop integration and app so you can look up documents/images/etc wherever you are!

I would say it's had a neutral impact.

Usability

I give this rating because it's not as user friendly (or maybe as commonly used as Google Drive because of Gmail) so I sometimes have clients who are not comfortable using it and therefore cannot share files via Dropbox.

It's fantastic for larger teams that need to access live documents, getting signatures, etc. It's not ideal when you have clients who are not very tech savvy - I find they often struggle a bit with Dropbox compared to sharing files on Google Drive.
