Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Dropbox as a tool for all our employees to have access to the forms they need to effectively complete tasks required for our business. They can share pictures, they can access insurance cards, they can view completed jobs. All our supervisors and all our office personnel have access to our dropbox account. It makes life easier.

Usability

Dropbox has had a very positive impact on our company. We used to keep our job files in large file boxes. This was not practical for many reasons. The main reason was most of our work is out of town, so if a supervisor needed information stored at the office, he had to call and request it. Now he can view what he needs from his phone!

Likelihood to Recommend

Dropbox is great for our business. It allows employees and owners to share files, pictures, insurance information and more. We can also give limited access to our clients if necessary. We have had mostly positive experiences with Dropbox with our company. I would recommend other small companies to consider purchasing Dropbox for organizing files online.
