Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dropbox is used for transferring large files to one another. From drawings to reports, they are easily shared and accessible to the team. Very useful for when the team is not in the office together, but can access all the same files from anywhere and still be on the same page as every one else. It is also a great spot to store all files in one place, very easy to navigate.

We deal with large files, drawings and report, which are very difficult to send and keep track of through email. Dropbox is ideal, as it is all in one place and only the people that you allow to have access can view it. Has both ease of interface as well as the sense of security.
