Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox on a daily basis, mostly for filing purposes and for sharing files with fellow employees. This is absolutely critical in our day-to-day functions as most of our employees are spread across multiple locations and states in the US. I would say that we are pretty heavy users of Dropbox and we wouldn't be able to survive without it!

  • Having a trial period to test the product
  • Dropbox has helped us to work more efficiently as a team that is spread across multiple states.
  • Dropbox has helped us to retrieve documents securely from clients in a fast and secure manner. Very efficient!
  • Having a well-known name in our toolbox makes the client feel safer!
Dropbox works very well on desktop as well as on mobile devices. So far, we haven't had any major issues with Dropbox. Accessing files is so quick and easy whether you are at the office or out and about on your mobile device. I would highly recommend this program to anyone!
Dropbbox seems to be much more user friendly and easier to access while on the go. OneDrive seems to kick me out frequently, asking me to log in when I've already done so.

Dropbox is very well suited for business environments where you need to share documents with fellow employees. It is also great for sharing folders with clients where they can upload documents in a secure way for your retrieval later. The storage limits are also very important, and Dropbox does a great job on this!
