Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox makes it so easy for the team to seamlessly share files and information securely, regardless of location or remote work. We use it daily to keep everyone on the same page, and find it to be a very valuable tool
Pros
- Keeps files and photos all in one place
- Securely encrypts files
- organizes photos into manageable files and gets them off our phones!
Cons
- it would be nice to scroll through photos instead of selecting them individually.
- Dropbox helps us present a complete picture of a property to an investor while keeping ourselves organized. We have found that owners respond to requests 50 percent faster when presented via dropbox links
Dropbox allows us to send investors a complete file without having them access our personal records, which is invaluable
