Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox to share files between coworkers and keep all of our files in the cloud. This makes things more convenient as we can easily access files when switching between different devices without worrying about losing data if we lose one of them. We also like accessing previous versions of our files in case we need to revert to them.

Pros

  • Provide access to multiple devices.
  • Stores files safely and securely in the cloud.
  • Allows us to revert back to previous file versions if needed.

Cons

  • Conflicting files at times.
  • Features similar to Google Docs with multiple editors.
  • Syncing issues from time to time.
  • Very convenient and economic way to share and store files.
I think that it's a great product overall, and a lot of its main features are easy for its users to understand.
I prefer Dropbox for file sharing and work storage. I mainly use Google Drive for collaboration tools like Google Docs and Sheets, as well as for the backup storage of personal files.
