Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to keep all our files in an organized place that everyone in the company can access from anywhere. Dropbox allows colleagues to look at the same documents while located all over the world and have meaningful discussions. It also prevents having to ask for the same documents multiple times, as they can easily be found in the organized folders.

- Organize in order other than alphabetically.
- Easier ways to copy files between folders.
- Make sure that when transferring files, the date doesn't change.
- More efficient use of time.
- Less aggravation from higher-ups.
- Reduced chaos in the workplace.
Dropbox is more convenient than Google Drive or Microsoft 365. This is because materials do not have to be in a specific format to be entered into Dropbox. On other platforms, when organizing, sometimes, it requires that the materials be in that specific software in order to organize them. This leads to a lot of extra work involving reformatting. But with Dropbox, this is not an issue.
