Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I’ve used Dropbox for decades to protect the integrity and security of both my personal and professional data. I enjoy knowing that I have a trusted “back-up” system in the event of a cyberattack or should I need to change computers/systems. I find that Dropbox is very user-friendly and that I can rely on it in any and all circumstances!
Pros

- Protects against computer vulnerabilities
- Is user-friendly
- Reliable to me for decades
Cons
- New vault structure is confusing
- Files arranged on my computer are sometimes different on Dropbox
- Positive impact on storing personal and small business files for retrieval later
Dropbox is much easier for me to use/navigate.
