Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox to share project information such as drawings, Word documents and Excel files so that there is one useful point of information. The ease of having multiple users that can access, add and edit information means that the flow of information is consistent and accurate and one place where it’s all kept. This means we don’t have multiple copies of the same file out there and no one misses out on the information they need to successfully complete their tasks, for the project.

Dropbox is very easy to use and it’s intuitive platform means I’m spending time on the things I’m good at and not wasting time on the administrative end that Dropbox handles. Essentially, we’ve partnered with Dropbox.

Likelihood to Recommend

We worked on a theme park with multiple users of the shared folder, across three countries. Because of the differences in time zones, we could all work on the same drawing files and information data, at alternative times of the day. The fact that it behaves so well no matter where you are and whom you and working with makes life much easier, rather than emails backwards and forwards.
