Good and bad

I have used Dropbox for 15-20 years. I would recommend and give it a 10 to anyone that would listen. I loved it. In early 2023 I could no longer attach anything from my Dropbox files to my GMail. It had worked flawlessly since day one. I found a work around that took extra time and caused some heartburn. I turned in multiple repair orders (Ticket #22613149) for over a year, only to be told "we're working on it" and then "Your issue has been resolved" NOT! . A year later it mysteriously started working again. My recommendation has dropped to a 5. I requested a refund and never heard anything. I am still using it but not nearly as complimentary.
