Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox to sync business files across all of my company devices. This allows ease of demoing and distribution/submission. It is extremely useful in saving time and having readily-accessible files on the go and for sharing with clients. Certain software integrations also use Dropbox files as an input, which is extremely useful.

Nothing about Dropbox is unintuitive, it’s always very simple, straightforward and consistent. It’s extremely usable and fluid in its synchronization across devices.
Dropbox is my preferred software and data sync program. It excels in data storage, utility, price, and practicality. It’s universally accessible and has never caused any of my clients any issues. Automatic backup functions are limited, however, and could improve. Other than that, Dropbox is a great service that I’d recommend to most.

Dropbox is particularly helpful when dealing with clients that need a quick, reliable solution for file sharing and deliverable distribution. Files upload and appear in folders nearly instantly across all devices and users. Having a folder for submissions has also helped me deliver in a timely manner and make it accessible for others to deliver to me.
