Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use it to share documents between myself and clients that are not in the same city. I also use it to request e signatures

Pros

  • Keeps files organized
  • Easily access files once uploaded to folders by anyone that has access.
  • Quickly notifies me when eSignatures have been completed.

Cons

  • First time accessing and signing up for it was a bit confusing. The billing was not clear when I signed up.
  • It has saved me money with the electronic signature feature. This would normally be something I’d have to pay for separately.
It’s easy to use without instruction. It’s very easy to understand and it is very self-explanatory.
This is the first time I use a product like this.

I am a tax preparer and use Dropbox to share documents with clients to have them sign. This feature is excellent and allows me the opportunity to respond quickly to the clients’ needs.
