Dropbox is pretty good
Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
My hardware has a bad habit of breaking, so it's always good to have Dropbox for the peace of mind. I've used Dropbox for over a decade, and the fact that I've never had a complaint is high praise from me.
Dropbox can't be installed on a raspberry pi (like I said, my hardware breaks A LOT), but the web interface is simple and straightforward enough to use from the browser.
Finally while there are other options like Google Drive, they're liable to randomly delete files from old accounts or files they din't like - I'd rather support the small startup over the multinational conglomerate (it was a startup when I joined, lol).

Pros
- Long term archival
- Easy file sharing
- Easy to use
Cons
- Dropbox Paper seemed unnecessary
- Storage of old documentation
Google is known to delete files it doesn't like.
