Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an Architecture Online Studio. Dropbox is the core of our collaborative service. We must keep a considerable amount of files and content, which would not be possible on a standard computer. Dropbox substitutes the drives in physical studios. Furthermore, it allows us to share folders and contents with our clients quickly and safely, which is excellent value to our business!

GOOD: the balance between services and cost. Dropbox is very convenient.
Dropbox is easy to use and has a good privacy/security approach.

BAD: The settings application is okay but can be improved. Most of the time, I have to synchronise folders or files quickly and often, so an easier way to do it would be appreciated.
