Business continuity, security, multi-platform use as well as the speed on saving the files on line.

Pros

speed on uploading files
multiplatform - use on mobile, PC and table with the same performance
security - the roll back capability keeps secure the contents
file / folder sharing capability

Cons

applying AI on pictures classification - SEARCH and AGGREGATION per topic (example of Google Photos)
have the possibility to emulate a DESKTOP inside the Home Page of Dropbox on browser - basically have a remote desktop capability on Browser
Software inclusion expansion - after the MS suite (very good) other valuable app like Smartsheet

Usability

It's definitely easy to set up. The only concern are related to the file / folder management, it's still a little cumbersome.

Google Drive and OneDrive

speed, NO problem of synchronization (versioning conflict happening often with MS OneDrive), flexibility

- perfect for single use so to manage big amount of data - stability, speed, sharing management, security - good performer for little working group for sharing projects, files related - great to share documentation with external partners - I have NO experience with big organization adoption
