Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For all file storage and for access across devices. Dropbox allows secure access to project files across devices which would not be possible otherwise. Dropbox allows storage of files in excess of single device storage. Emails and project matter can be accessed in multiple locations freely, which is not possible without dropboox

Pros

transferring large documents
access to information from multiple points
makes storage of files easy

Cons

inviting others is sometimes difficult
access through iOS can be difficult sometimes

Return on Investment

Dropbox has opened up my business for all staff creating faster and more responsive project timelines
Access and sharing for all staff and devices increases productivity across the business

Usability

Generally very easy to use but it does have some limitations sharing with persons outside of the business.
