Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We are a small CPA firm. Dropbox affords us a place to safely store client documents for a reasonable price. We can easily move documents and change them as needed. We also love the ability to find previously deleted files if necessary. The ability to give clients a link to their documents through a Share works well for our company.

  • We miss having the extra security layer of Vault
  • Dropbox has provided a seamless method for storing documents
  • Dropbox has provided an easy way to connect clients to their documents
Even our less-savvy technology clients have been able to use Dropbox
We used to use a Client Portal through our website. Our clients had difficulty navigating this site for uploading and downloading documents.
