Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox to manage all my work and personal files - I do not store anything outside of Dropbox. It allows me to access all work and personal files from my home computer, cell phone, tablet, and other devices. I also utilize the share capabilities when sharing documents with my family, accountant, and others.
Pros
- Access to all my files from all my devices.
- Share folders and files.
- Store all my photos and videos.
Cons
- Getting notifications when people see the files I share.
- Remind me to turn off access to folders.
- Help me clean up the photos from my phone uploads - I have a lot of photos that I should delete.
- Personal productivity - the ability to access my files from my phone or tablet.
- Sharing and control when to stop sharing is a big plus.
Dropbox is better - I can store and share anything with anyone very easily.
