Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it to store everything. From our office, we manage tax and insurance documents, as well as monthly expenses, and maintain spreadsheets that break down the payment structure and payment history, including 1099s for our medical sales representatives. My bosses also store their documents there.

- Ease of integration with other systems (i.e., Excel, Word, etc).
Cons
- I honestly haven’t experienced any issues with Dropbox/areas that I’d like to change.

- When our previous Dropbox admin was being let go from our office, I was able to download all necessary files from Dropbox, even though I hadn’t necessarily uploaded those files or owned them. However, I needed to retain them discreetly before our former admin was let go. I was able to do so with ease and create a new Dropbox account for our office and my bosses without losing any of their essential information or documents.
- Dropbox has enabled us to store everything electronically, thereby saving us a significant amount of physical space and reducing clutter in our office.
Dropbox offers better storage solutions, with larger storage capacities at more competitive prices.
