My Portable Harddrive
Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I have been using Dropbox for years. It provides a reliable, secure data repository for client files that I can access anywhere, which means I don't have to worry about whether I am using my desktop, laptop, or iPad. It's also the ideal way to share content with collaborators.
I find myself storing critical material on Dropbox rather than my hard drive. I have lost too much data over the years from hardware failures and I know my data is safe with Dropbox.

Cons
- Data search and sort
- Desktop interface or app (beyond file finder)
- Secure data archive to store data no longer needed
- File version controls
- Positive - secure storage for client files
- Positive - access from anywhere, e.g. remote work, client meetings
- Positive - secure data backup and data transfer
