Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

Much of my work involves Government regulatory agreements, Consulting Contracts and the like. Agreements are between my company and other companies & between my company and individual purchasers/consumers. I began with HelloSign (easy to use for me and super simple for my clients/customers). HelloSign was acquired by Dropbox and is now Dropbox Sign. The advantage to me is that I'm also a user of Dropbox and now the two products are much more closely integrated. Makes things easier for executing documents, document management and storage

  • Integrate with 'known' data on clients from other repositories - to make filling in names, addresses, emails easier
  • Include voice recognition software to limit typing
  • Secure system
  • Immediate audit trail
  • Legally binding
  • Simple storage of results
  • During pandemic (when USPS Mail was poor) this was essential
  • Saves a lot time
  • Ultimately saves postage and is 'green' -- no need for paper documents
Intuitive. the software guides you through the process
Template creation is easy, I don't do a lot of customization (yet) but will in future.

Most of the consumer clients find this product easier to use than similar e-signature document systems. Since a lot of my consumer clients are 'elderly' ease of use is key.

The install/implementation in a small organization is really simple.

Change management was minimal - This was basically simple to implement and didn't require much 'extra' effort -- keep it simple and 'just do it'.
