Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

Reliability and cost-effective solution to deliver ease of use along with operational excellency. We bought Druva Data Resiliency Cloud primarily to help us resolve data protection challenges and to reduce operational overheads, and Druva Data Resiliency Cloud has helped us to achieve that purpose and made my job easier. We truly believe that the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solution is the ultimate data protection product.

Pros

  • It is extremely easy to use and convenient
  • Reliability of the product and consistent uptime
  • Excellent support and ticket resolution services

Cons

  • The UI can be a little slow at times so there's room for improvement there.
  • As a long time Druva Data Resiliency Cloud user, the pricing is slightly higher than I would prefer.
  • The ease of use has saved us a lot of time and operational hours.
  • ROI-wise it's still overall much better than an on-premise support.
  • The backups are really easy to schedule and restore from.
Over the past 6 years of using Druva Data Resiliency Cloud, I have scaled up and added a lot of different devices, servers, and apps for backup and restore to the Druva protection environment and never really faced any big issues, so I would definitely suggest Druva's scalability prowess in terms of handling growing customer demands.
Compared to the above three competitors Druva Data Resiliency Cloud overall meets all our preferences and goals that we wished to accomplish from cloud protection and backup vendor. I personally like the product so much that over the last 6 years I've had Druva Data Resiliency Cloud become our backup partner across multiple companies working in multiple capacities.

Druva Data Resiliency Cloud fits the need really well for managing multiple servers and cloud apps along with iPhones, Android devices, PCs, and laptops. It also delivers value across different geographies where servers are located. It could add more functionalities for Nutanix and Netapp so would like to see that in the pipeline going forward.
