Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

The Druva cloud is backing up our hybrid workloads- we use it for our VMWare, NAS, SQL and physical windows (File Servers) protection.
It has been a good experience where both our virtual and physical machines have been implemented without any major concerns.
This has exponentially improved the quality and speed of our backups, we're extremely happy with our decision.
  • We are able to back the files up both individually and at a group level.
  • The Druva UI frequently gives updated reports and credit consumptions-related data
  • The Support team is 24/7 and easily accessible.
  • The AWS cloud is secure and works well.
  • An option to delete the most recent snapshot would be be great.
  • The Phoenix credit consumption model is a little difficul to understand at first.
  • Some cosmetic bugs related to the GUI.
  • The ROI in terms of peace of mind when it comes to data protection has been great.
  • The Ransomware recovery offering is an excellent investment that we're extremely happy to have made.
  • The backups are both deduped and encrypted which helps both with credit savings and data security.
We use Druva for the hybrid servers and wokloads, not for SaaS apps or Endpoints. We have some File Servers on Windows and NAS.
We consistently move data and servers in and out of Druva. We haven't noticed any problems with that at all.
It works easily both with higher and lower amount of data, the scalability is excellent and easy to configure from the Druva GUI.We're confident that Druva should be able to manage large amounts of data addition that we have planned for the future.
Veeam and Druva are both currently a part of our IT backup infra.
In term sof the comparison- Veeam does better with cluster backups both for Windows and SQL, whereas Druva being a totally cloud-based solution is much easier to manage and set the backup policies for, which makes my admin job easy.
