Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to back up all of our laptops as well as our file servers, VMWare servers, and Office 365 products, like Teams and email. This solution allowed us to back up all of our critical production data while being in a single platform that is easy to use and covers all of our disaster recovery and data protection needs.

Druva inSync Support for SaaS Apps and Endpoints

Office365, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Teams are all backed up by our solution. All of our products have been intuitive to use in the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solution. We have automated our backups of Teams and Teams projects across the board and the labor cost has been significantly reduced while peace of mind has increased.

Scalability

We started very small with this product, only backing up key officers' laptops. After our initial experience, we found it very easy to scale up the product to all company laptops and expand into file servers, VMWare servers, and other production-level data, like Office 365 and Teams. We found the product very easy to scale while remaining intuitive and efficient to use.

Alternatives Considered

OneDrive and Commvault Complete Data Protection

Commvault was just as expensive, but not very intuitive. OneDrive was fine for basic backups but would have been difficult to implement firmwide in a robust solution that protected all of our production data. Neither product was a smooth end-user experience, and it was unclear how reliable the backup and restore times would be.

It is great when we are replacing a laptop that is fried. The end-user experience is seamless. Restoring servers that have blue screens or are unavailable is quick and painless. Initially, the backup solution in place is less capital spend, however, the expense of labor and overhead time to manage other backup solutions makes the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solution an easy decision.
