Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync
We found the application to be excellent for restoring information and data from various retention sets in a very fast way. Similarly, it works on any operating system (Windows, iOS, Linux, among others). However, it does not have a number of functions that would make its operability much more optimal but it is a useful tool to make backups and restore them.
- What we like about this application is that it allows us to backup and restore information from other applications such as OneDrive, Sharepoint and many more.
- At the same time, one of the most important features is that the restoration processes are really fast.
- Likewise, the amount of bandwidth it uses is very minimal.
- We found that the application only manages functions of the profile that is logged into the platform, it does not take actions of the whole team by default.
- Also, we found the usability and navigation through the administrative console to be a bit complicated.
- Similarly, the application issues notifications excessively and does not have a section for customizing them.
- We had an almost immediate improvement in sales thanks to the implementation of Druva inSync.
- Employees work more reliably because the server now works faster and without any complaints.
We have been protecting Office 365 since we implemented Druva inSync, we felt we needed improved internal server security and Druva inSync provides it. We can almost securely encrypt all our data and keep hackers at bay. We can also manage from a remote desktop quickly and reliably if we need a file quickly and securely.
From the beginning we had many errors with some reports from our clients and consultants, because Druva inSync did not finish synchronizing and when trying to make a report always jumped some error. The names were inverted and we almost never managed to find the client immediately, which took us almost three times the time until we achieved the required configuration to solve all those errors.
