Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield
Dynamic Yield is being used by multiple departments across the company. Online Shop Managers and Content Managers use it all the time.
- Recommendations handling and set up
- A/B Testing works great and is easy
- Analyzing of a test is very user-friendly
- Dynamic Yield could set up variables which can be used for all campaigns. A global variables setting. For example fonts and colors scheme and so on.
- Dynamic Yield should show the feed presentation better, so the whole feed can be scrolled horizontally on the screen.
- Possibility to see on the templates which campaigns they are used for.
- Recommendations bring better results than Adobe Target
- The A/B test work is easy, so the business likes setting them up and analysing.
Dynamic Yield was very easy to set up and the people working at Dynamic Yield where very helpful (and not just a programmer somewhere in India).
