Overall Satisfaction with Eightfold AI

Eightfold [AI] is rolled out globally across the organization. It's used as our applicant tracking system, CRM, screening, interview scheduling, and sourcing tool. Eightfold allows us to screen candidates, build better pipelines of qualified candidates that match what the hiring manager is looking for. It also provides excellent recruiter and hiring manager experience. Any candidate feedback at the CV screening or interview stage is tracked and recorded on the platform, allowing us to provide a better candidate experience. We are now able to report on the best sources, campaigns and identify any blockers in our reporting dashboards.
