Overall Satisfaction with Emburse Chrome River

We use Emburse Chrome River as our main system for travel and expenses. It is used to help create compliance to help guide users to be within company and government policies. This is used across departments to help their teams for specific preferences in approval quality assurance.

  • Notifying user of errors
  • They could have a better system for government regulations and compliance
  • Faster resolution time for user requests
  • Better notify customers of how new products came help once they are available
  • Easier review and approval process
  • Easier enforcement of company policy
  • Easy experience in following system data
User experience is great for myself and team. Issues comes from specific generations of users that try not to be flexible in learning the system.
The user interface and features surpass the experience and similar features of other products because of the following. Good customer support to also make the program better. Also, a good interface to navigate the expense creation process.
The support team has great help. It is just slow in fixing the needs or finding solutions to problems. Not sure on the requests that are being given to them form other customers compared to my company.
Compliance rules are great to better help users create accurate reports. The hotel features could be better to help with requirements by the US Federal policy within the JTR, FTR, and GSA.
