Overall Satisfaction
- Supports consolidation and version history of notes and ideas.
- Supports cross-platform note keeping and updating - limits the excuses for not doing things right the first time.
- It can be a little unwieldy if you try to over architect it. Keeping it simple seems to work the best.
- They tout the image-to-text feature a lot, but I haven't had much success with it.
- I've had a few syncing issues if I've been using two apps at the same time (looking at the desktop application at the same time I have the iPhone app open)
- No need to own/install a bunch of expensive apps to keep everyone in sync.
Product Usage
- Keeping meeting notes, to-do items, and general ideas in one place,
- Some of the add-ons include Hello! (which I haven't used with much success, but serves as an integrated option for recording people you meet).
- Automatic change tracking on notes and documents.
- Ability to collate notes into notebooks based on purpose (in addition to tagging)

Sticky notes, MS Notepad, Delicious
I've definitely tried other solutions, but aside from DropBox (which is a little heavier of an application), I haven't been able to find anything I like as much as Evernote.

Absolutely - it's very intuitive and just works itself into the process. It's also very easy to be iterative in setting it up.
