- Storing and retrieving information
- Cross Platform access
- Contextual reference
Cons
- database management
- task management (without third party solutions)
- Trusted system to store virtually any info.
Product Usage
40 - Not really sure, but I would estimate it at around 40.
Evernote use at our company is self-serve like it is at most companies at this point. They have just started an Evernote for business service: http://evernote.com/business/ but I have not yet had the chance to use it.

Implementation
- Don't know
Not applicable in this case.

- Self-taught
Yes, generally self explanatory once people understand the purpose of Evernote.

Reliability
Integration
- The Evernote Trunck offers many services that can be integrated with the platform: http://trunk.evernote.com/
- Would love to see more integration between Google Apps and Evernote.
There are some third party options but none are amazing at this point.
Vendor Relationship
There are a lot of ways to get free credits for Evernote premium. Check the Evernote Trunk for ways to get credits when signing up for other services/products (LiveScribe, Moleskin, Scanners, etc)
