Overall Satisfaction with Evernote

Sharing notes across the department. Initially, we weren't able to keep track of salesperson notes and also in terms of their updates to the notes. Hence, we required a system that’s able to keep track of and update the notes and are able to share within the team and organization. After using Evernote, we never looked back.

  • Sharing notes across departments and the organization.
  • Chat function within the app.
  • Less data loss.
  • Improved productivity.
Overall visibility and control are there. The ability to collaborate is important and key. We used to use MS OneNote but had a lot of issues with tracking. And hence when we evaluated Evernote as well, the whole perspective of notes changed.
I bet you won’t even need to call their support. Their product has never failed me. Simply put. But if you were to email them to gather some details or help, I bet they won’t disappoint you. Don’t worry about the support, it’s the last thing you should worry about this product.

Well suited if you have a lot of different teams working as one team. Like for example, while collaborating for a tender or a project, this will be a good place for you to store and track the data written. And also, having a to-do list that’s monitored by time. Excellent.
