Overall Satisfaction with EvolutionX
We use Evolution as a B2B platform for our customer to make purchases, get pricing, and manage their account.
Pros
- The platform is fairly easy to understand.
- Integrations with our ERP have remained smooth over time.
- Enough customization to differentiate your site and not make it feel like a "cookie cutter" site.
Cons
- Support post-production has been lackluster at best.
- Most features work well, but some are missing fundamental elements. Quick lists are a prime example. Quick Lists are a fantastic way to encourage B2B orders online, but not being able to organize where an item exists within a list almost makes it unusable for a large portion of our customers.
- No account payment options!
- Ability to sell online.
- Time Savings for Customers and Team.
- Increased online presence.
We also use the CX1 platform by Unilog for our showroom brand. While I think evolution can improve, it is miles better than our other platform.

Evaluating EvolutionX and Competitors
- Integration with Other Systems
At the time, we didn’t have anything that integrated with our ERP for our customers to receive live info.
Our team is at a completely different level than we were a few years ago. I think EvoX would still be a top option, but we would dig into the features and usability of several platforms prior to making a decision.
EvolutionX Implementation

No, I didn’t even know this was an option.
Yes - I’ve had 1 or 2 issues that were never resolved, but it’s been so long that I can’t remember exactly what they were. My typical experience is that my issue gets resolved, but the time after first response to resolution could be improved.
No, support hasn’t been bad, but I can’t think of a moment where the support would be rated as exceptional.
