Exclaimer provides easy to use central signature management for Microsoft 365's Email Services.
You can assign users using MS365 Groups, and so give your departments seperate Email signatures.
Their support staff is very helpful, if you run into a problem they are ready to help, and they do it fast!
I would recommend the service to everyone using MS 365 and wanting to make their email signature a sales tool.

- Sometimes the editor can be a bit hard to handle.
- You save tons of time by having signatures centralized.
- You can have commercial messages in your signature.
- You can rotate the messages in your signature, so it is different on different occasions.
We didn't use the template customization, but because it is easy to create signatures we always start from scratch.
The price makes the difference in this.
