Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Within our business, we have four areas of delivery that are essentially sub-brands. Each sub-brand has its own identity, but they need to be in keeping with the main brand. To ensure individuality and consistency the brand team needed to manage all signatures but have the ability to make them slightly different for each team. Updating signatures and adding/deleting signatures also needed to be quick and easy.
  • Quick updates and adding/deleting users
  • Flexibility of designs/functions between team/users
  • Applied at server level rather than devices
  • If you create a meeting via outlook, the signature is not applied
  • Level of support could be a little easier when just getting started
  • Custom fonts aren't pulled across great
  • Improved brand consistency and credibility for sub-brands
  • Ensures compliance by including T&Cs in the email chain
  • Ability to promote seasonal sales messages
Each sub-brand has its own requirements from including a mobile number to adding a 'book a meeting' link. Each sub-brand has its own logo, but all of them need to be the same style, font etc. The customisation and flexibility offered by the platform allow us to do all of this.
I wouldn't be able to answer this directly as this side of things if reviewed/handled by our IT team that have access to Exclaimer
We looked at a few options online, but Exclaimer came recommended to us through an industry networking tool. Having demoed a few alternatives Exclaimer seemed the most comprehensive.

Great if your business requires different styled footers for different areas of the business (sub-brands), or if you want to edit signature content frequently i.e. changing the promotional footer at the bottom. The only downside for us is that it doesn't currently apply signatures on meeting invites in outook/365.
