Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer for Office 365 is a great solution for professional signatures. A customer where I implemented Exclaimer for Office 365 has over 75 remote offices with over 300 office managers. Exclaimer provided us with a way to quickly change the e-mail footer of the whole company within minutes. It saved the IT-department alot of trouble managing the signatures.

Our marketing team can change every departments signature on the go. With our remote sites it was mady very easy to change everything on the go.
Thank to the Microsoft Exchange connector that securely sends the e-mails to Exclaimer Cloud I can make sure that no e-mail data will ever get leaked by Exclaimer or Microsoft. I also have comprehensive e-mail delivery reports.
I have not used any other Exclaimer products. But looking at Exclaimer I can say it is really well built for Microsoft 365. Other mail solutions are not built for a specifik platform and have minor issues regarding mailflow. Pricing is also on the lower end for Exclaimer when you compare it to Opensense (Formerly SenderGen).
