Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer to apply signatures to each internal user's emails, internal or external. We use Exclaimer cloud which makes it easy to manage as an international company as it does not require any software to be downloaded locally, which is a huge benefit as it saves us from needing to deploy anything.
Pros
- Apply Signatures globally to all 365 users
- Easily change the signatures through Exclaimer's user friendly backend
- Dynamically change the signatures based on user groups
Cons
- Would be great to allow users partial access to some of the admin features, without making them a full admin
- Signatures occasionally fail to apply
- Time saved for both employees and IT in terms of signature management
- Greater professionalism with uniform signatures
- Easier advertising being able to edit signatures to include offers and promotions we are running.
In the past I have made use of this feature by creating a different signature for each department, with slight variations which are relevant to the department they are contacting. For example, we'd have promotions in the signature for sales staff and FAQ links for members of staff in the IT department, or finance etc.
We don't have to worry about using things like SSO with Exclaimer, because we know that they are committed to cloud security and are very trustworthy in that regard. Due to this, the ease of use and integration with Microsoft services are second to none in my opinion which is great for our organisation.
In my opinion, Exclaimer offers far superior ease of use while also offering much more functionality which is greatly appreciated for us. I've also found that Exclaimer is less prone to issues with users, which helps lighten the load on the IT team.
